Policies

My intention is to create a calm, respectful, and healing environment for every client who walks through my door. These policies help protect your appointment time, honor my energy and preparation, and allow me to provide the highest level of care to everyone I serve.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because each session is prepared with intention and that time cannot typically be filled on short notice, I kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.

24 hours or more notice: No charge.
Same-day cancellations: The full cost of your scheduled session will be charged.
No-call, no-show appointments: The full cost of your scheduled session will be charged.

I understand that life happens and unexpected emergencies can arise. If you experience a true emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. These situations will always be considered with compassion and understanding.

Booking an appointment indicates your understanding and acceptance of this cancellation policy.

Payment Policy

Payment is due either at the time of booking or on the day of your scheduled appointment before services are rendered.

For your convenience, I accept the following forms of payment:

Credit or Debit Card*

*A small processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is deeply respected. Everything shared during your sessions—whether related to your health, personal experiences, or healing journey—is held in confidence.

Client information, health history forms, and personal details are kept secure and will never be shared with anyone without your written permission, except when required by law.

My intention is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can relax, heal, and simply be yourself. Every client is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion, regardless of where they are on their healing journey.
